Composite White Fillings

Many of us will require a dental filling at some point in our lives. When tooth decay is still mild, Dr. Ghorbani might reccomend composite white fillings. This can prevent the infections from spreading to the inner layer of pulp, leading to more serious issues. Visit our page on composite fillings to learn more about what we offer, dental insurance coverage, and review patient cases done by Dr. Ghorbani.

Dental Inlays and Onlays

When tooth decay has progressed to a significant degree, a typical composite filling may no longer be a helpful option. At this point, an dental inlay or onlay may be needed to replace the degraded chewing surface of the tooth. If caught early enough, a crown may not be needed and more of your tooth can be preserved with this method. Dental Crowns & Dental Bridges

Dental Crown

3 Unit Dental Bridge

When more than 50% of the chewing surface of a tooth deteriorates from dental decay, you may need a dental crown. This prevents the tooth from breaking or cracking and requiring a root canal in the future.

If you are missing a single tooth, or needed a tooth extracted due to damage, a dental bridge is a viable tooth replacement option. Using the adjacent teeth as anchors, a three unit bridge (essentially three crowns adhered to one another) can be attached.

Root Canal Therapy

When the pulp of tooth get infected or decay extends to the pulp of a tooth, you may be a candidate for root canal therapy. This procedure can restore the tooth to functioning order and to relieve a patient of significant dental pain. This also involves placing a crown on the tooth to protect the remaining tooth structure from future damage. For more details on this procedure, please visit our page on root canal therapy.

Conventional Dentures

If you are not a candidate for dental implants or prefer an alternative, conventional removable dentures might be your solution.
